We love coaching. It’s the best CPD in the universe. There’s nothing more powerful than someone holding space for you who totally believes in you and your capacity to solve what ever challenges you face.
We love the classic GROW model but we offer so much more. What we offer is absolutely breath-taking- so different it’s hard to imagine that anything could be so simple yet so life changing. All of our coaches are trained and qualified. We also include training for our coaches around the specific issues faced by women and those from different BME backgrounds. There are key areas where we generally need to put in extra work and we need to be able to do that really well to make the greatest difference.
